To provide the service we process your Google/Firebase identity, entered vehicle/maintenance/financial records, preferences, supported cloud records, purchases/entitlements and operational metadata. VIN-linked maintenance history may be visible to other users of that VIN and may include costs, descriptions and notes; avoid sensitive text.
Optional GPS uses precise/background location for mileage and supported trip records; optional Bluetooth/OBD monitoring reads associated devices and supported vehicle measurements/codes. These features can run in the background with permission. Local diagnostic logs may retain coordinates and readings. Disabling a feature stops future collection, not automatic deletion of history.
Remote Crashlytics/Sentry diagnostics are a separate opt-in and may contain technical context rather than guaranteed anonymous reports. Feedback/log sharing is a separate action. Notifications, camera/file/OCR, cloud backup/export and AI send or process data only as used/permitted, subject to feature-specific controls. AI can send relevant vehicle/document context to an inference provider. AdMob may process advertising/device identifiers and ad interactions in ad-supported experiences.
